It's important to allow showings at your property. Leaving showings to me is especially beneficial, as I am experienced in presenting your home in the best light to potential buyers.
You will be notified when an offer is received. We will review all offers together, and I will help you understand the terms of each contract to decide whether you would like to accept, reject, or counter the offer.
The buyer will schedule any inspections within the time period negotiated in the contract, and we will negotiate any requested repairs. Keep in mind that if the contract is contingent, the buyer is entitled to withdraw their offer if we cannot reach mutually agreeable terms.

You will need to fulfill any closing obligations, including completing agreed-upon home repairs, submitting disclosures, reviewing closing costs, and moving your belongings. Once you sign the documents, it’s time to celebrate—the home sale is complete!
